Arman Partamian, who was only 19, was found face down on a mattress in a house run by the Orange Knights, also known as Pigs. The house is off-campus since the group was banned from the campus in 1996 after two of their students were hospitalized due to over drinking. The toxicology reports for Partamian resulted in a 0.55 blood-alcohol level, that is almost 7 times the legal limit in New York. The incident took place over a three day pledge. The students that are charged have pleaded not guilty to charge of hazing and unlawfully dealing with a minor.
